The roof top outdoor pool was lovely and even warm in the snow. Enjoyed Happy Hour in the rooftop bar. Rooms were spacious.

We upgraded to a larger room & it was the best decision. Obviously it cost slightly more but we got an extra 200 sq. ft. of living space. This room had a balcony that overlooked Park Avenue & the space we had made the stay that much more enjoyable. In addition, there is a Starbuck's across the street, an amazing bagel shop across from that, a Walgreen's down the block for incidentals & best of all, one block down is subway access. This is a great central location for exploring the city. The rooftop bar is also very nice.

Wonderful place to stay, highly recommend. Comfy and nice sized rooms. Pleasant front desk staff. Great location. Clean. Beautiful rooftop pool and the upstairs bar is comfortable and relaxing- appreciate that guests are allowed to sit up there and enjoy. Would be a 10 if not for the below issues.

Amazingly convenient location. Clean, comfortable. The pool on the roof is just luxury after a very long walk around the city. But! Keep in mind that the pool is open for visiting with children until 6pm or until 7pm. We were with our 8-year-old son and he was not allowed into the pool, naturally my husband and I did not go either, which greatly upset both him and us. When booking the hotel, there was no such information, and upon check-in, no one reported this either. This is a huge minus for us, since we chose a hotel with a pool in order to relax with the whole family in the evening after a walk. Next time we will choose another hotel precisely because of this restriction. When booking a hotel through Booking, it is indicated that car parking is included, but in fact it turned out that parking needs to be paid additionally - $ 85.

The hotel’s location was fantastic, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés to choose from. The room was ideal for me and my 13-year-old son, spacious, with a king-size bed and a very comfortable sofa bed. Even when the sofa was pulled out, there was still plenty of room to move around, especially that we stayed there for a couple of weeks. The closet space was another pleasant surprise, which is nearly impossible to find in NYC! On top of that, the staff were warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be staying here on every trip to New York.

The team were very friendly and helpful and gave us an upgrade for one of the rooms upon check in. The rooms were really cleaned and well attended to each day.

Fabulous rooftop pool with views to die for, spacious room with all amenities including comfy baby cot, fridge, kettle etc. Cool cocktail bar and friendly staff who were super quick to help and extremely efficient. Room much larger than NY average, staff super helpful with luggage on check in and check out. Champagne Fridays was a surprise highlight! Would 100% stay here again and recommend for a great room in a central Midtown location - no wait for the elevator was a plus!

Good position, not in the very middle of the Christmas craziness and with a 6 subway station at one block. Staff is friendly and reasonably efficient, the hotel is nice although not new, the roof top and pool seem very nice although we didn't use them in the winter season. For the price they charged compared to other hotels in the same period, it was good value
